The IAMAS Corporation has a long history of housing and showcasing memorabilia from the golden years of Hollywood. IAMAS was responsible for dressing and assuring the stars were ready for their "close ups!"
IAMAS has recently started auctioning off much of it's warehoused memorabilia to private collectors as well as donating to museums and the Smithsonian Institute in Washington D.C.
One of our largest collections now being offered is from the content acquisition of the Stars Hall of Fame Wax Museum once located in Orlando, Florida. In the 1980's the museum was shut down and turned into offices. The AMAAA (IAMAS Corporation) purchased all of the wax figures, sets, cars and original clothing that was used on movie sets and in the private lives of your favorite stars. These items were either given to the museum by the stars production companies or donated by the stars themselves. You can read about them here.
The wax figures are very often loaned out to other wax museums and various auction houses selling that stars personal items. Wax figures are not for sale to the public.
So be on the lookout for our auctions!
